Fig. 2 shows the SEM micrographs of un-milled Cu powders at different rotation speeds of 100, 300, 500 and 700 rpm.The grinding times were varied from 5 to 60 min.It was indicated that the particle morphology of the Cu powders was not noticeably changed at 100 rpm, as shown in Fig. 2(a).
